When Absorbent Pads or Chill Wrap come in to contact with water based liquids (water, blood, urine) the Super Absorbent Powder attracts the water molecules to itself forming a firm damp gel. The inability of the gel to pass back through the enclosing fabric provides leak-free absorbents and refrigerants.
