Soak the Chill Wrap sheets in plenty of fresh water. Each cell will absorb 50ml of water.
Then the sheets are ready to freeze.
Dry Chill Wrap, ready to soak in water.

In it's dry state Chill Wrap takes up very little room. Each carton will make between 300kg and 360kg of ice replacement.
Then the sheets are soaked in water.
Gel

When Absorbent Pads or Chill Wrap come in to contact with water based liquids (water, blood, urine) the Super Absorbent Powder attracts the water molecules to itself forming a firm damp gel.
The inability of the gel to pass back through the enclosing fabric provides leak-free absorbents and refrigerants.
